The Collective for Climate Action: A case study of an employee led climate initiative

Sharing her formidable experience of building the case for an internal climate initiative inside the civil service, Fay Andrews Hodgson, Strategic Planning & Business Lead, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs. Fay is a co-founder of the Collective for Climate Action (CfCA), a staff-led self-organised initiative seeking to elevate the voice of the Climate across Civil Service and Public Sector.

We’ll be exploring how to address rising employee awareness, concern and desire for real action on tackling the climate and ecological emergencies inside complex organisations.
