The Women in Sustainability Network mission is to help women, and those identifying as women, access the confidence, courage and community needed to lead and be a force for good.
We bring together professionals, business owners, freelancers, social entrepreneurs and students as well as those looking to move into careers or work that in some way is building a greener, happier and healthier world.
Through our Network Hubs, we offer the opportunity to come together with like-minded change makers in a unique, safe environment, specially facilitated by WINS Hub Leads who share our ethos and values, where our community can learn, share and network together.
As we emerge now from the Covid pandemic, which has exacerbated feelings of isolation and disconnection, and at a time when we urgently need women to fully be themselves, powerful taking action, we are looking to establish new Hubs across the UK and overseas, as well as ensure some of our existing Hub communities continue.
Rhian Sherrington, Founder of the Women in Sustainability Network, will be sharing what’s involved in leading a WINS Network Hub, the resources and support available, licence fee costs and benefits in two sessions on 9th December.
This is a really informal and ‘no obligation’ opportunity to find out more and see if this might work for you.
From past experience, coaches, trainers and facilitators who are already serving the sustainability sectors in some way make excellent Hub Leads, as do business owners/ freelancers whose values match ours and whose business is delivering on the SDGS. Sustainability professionals with event and facilitation experience also do very well. (We do offer full training and our WINS Hub Leads are also available to support new Leads).
We are keen to find new Hub Leads for:
and know there is interest in Hubs getting established in many other areas across England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland as well as across Europe, USA, New Zealand, Australia and beyond!
