Everyone can be a leader, You can be a leader. It’s not about your job role or description, it’s about how you inspire and influence other people around you.

One of the most important ways you need to inspire and influence yourself and the people around you just now is to thrive through the continuing high levels of uncertainty and change. Are you, like many people, now tired of the continual chopping and changing and juggling so many different hats, and not knowing when the next change is coming? What about your team?

What can you do to feel ‘self-certainty’, stay calm and be a beacon of hope for yourself and the people around you? When leading through uncertainty, you ideally want clarity on shared knowledge and understanding about the situation, focus on a clear shared goal or destination, high levels of trust and belief that you can do it.
