The ‘social’ in ESG and as 1 of the 3 pillars of sustainable development has been notoriously difficult to measure or even define.

Add into the mix the concept of social value, which was introduced by the UK Government through Public Services Act 2012, and the waters are muddied even further.

Led by our guest expert, Claudia Dommet-Noehren, we’ll be delving into the detail on this topic, gaining some clarity on the concepts and how impact can be measured.

• Why we should measure it, along with an overview of methodologies available
• Have an overview of current tools that you might find helpful to measure your impact.
