The Power of the Menstrual Cycle

Wellbeing for Work & Home

In this special two-hour workshop you will learn how menstrual cycle awareness can be transformational both personally and professionally – and why this is important.

So many businesses have robust mental health practices but it seems that very few, in any industry, incorporate menstrual health.

We will discuss how, as women in business, we can use this knowledge within the spaces we lead to improve team wellbeing, professional relationships and productivity, creating more inclusive work environments.

Come and be part of this exciting and essential conversation.

Suitable for women of any age, whether you menstruate yourself or not.

Our Guest Trainer:  Amy Draper

Amy Draper is a freelance Theatre Director and a Women’s Coach and Trainer. Her theatre work has taken her all over the UK to venues such as the Royal Shakespeare Company and her current show, Islander, is touring North America following a run Off-Broadway.

She is also a Menstruality Mentor trained with Red School and incorporates this into her coaching and theatre practice, leading workshops for organisations keen to learn more about cycle awareness.

The two strands of her business are very different and yet both have been transformed by understanding of The Power of the Menstrual Cycle.

The workshop is free for WINS members as it forms part of your membership benefits.
