Join us for a unique and transformative experience at the beautiful Bishops Wood Nature Reserve in Caswell Bay, Gower near Swansea. This Women in Sustainability event is designed especially for professional women who work in sustainability, seeking to understand how aligning their work and life with nature and nature’s cycles can bring clarity and peace of mind.
As we all juggle busy lives and strive for success, it can be challenging to find time for self-care and connection with nature. However, research shows that spending time in nature can significantly improve our health and well-being, reduce stress levels, and increase creativity and productivity, and connect with our deeper purpose.
During this immersive event, we will guide you to connect with nature, learn from natural cycles and rhythms, and explore how to apply these lessons to your personal and professional life. You’ll have the opportunity to experience how nature can be a guide, coach, and accountability buddy to support you.
After the workshop, we’ll all gather together for a light vegetarian or vegan meal, made by JudyRoots, so we can connect with each other and share our experiences from the session.
The event will take place entirely outdoors, in the heart of nature. We’ll spend the early evening walking, talking, and reflecting in the beautiful surroundings of Bishops Wood Nature Reserve. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.
