The innovative Bristol Women in Business Charter was set up to help achieve gender equal workplaces.

So we will hear from them, along with a Bristol business, who are achieving success, using the Charter as a driver and framework.

We will also be joined by gender specialist to look at the current and long-term impacts of the pandemic on gender equal working, and how we can effectively respond to this.
