Join Rhian Sherrington, Founder of the international Women in Sustainability community for a fabulous hour of networking with other like-minded women, located near you, for this online event as part of the Women in Sustainability ‘Connecting Locally, Impacting Globally’ week.

After over a year of physical distancing and limited social connection, we’re highlighting and celebrating the power – and joy – of feeling part of a local community of like-minded, purpose led women who are changing the world for good.

Now we know that you won’t be able to meet in person for a local WINS Hub unless you are lucky enough to live near Bristol, Oxford, Stoke on Trent, St Albans, Glasgow and Newcastle (see our events calendar for those fantastic, in-person events), so we are are hosting TWO virtual events – including this one at 12 noon to 1pm BST – where we’ll be bringing you together in small breakout rooms based on geographical area, for some top-notch discussions and contact building.

Whether online or in person, coming together face to face with others is essential for collaboration and innovation; it allows for the experience of serendipity, of deep learning in a safe environment, all of which enhances our effectiveness and impact as change makers.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to discover new contacts, in the home area, creating informal, emotional support and professional networks.

Tickets cost £5 (including booking fee) but all proceeds are going to the Action Aid, an international charity that works with women and girls living poverty.
