The pandemic has forced us to change so much we previously took for granted – how and where we work, our priorities, our health, how we interact with others, our needs.

It would be so easy now to skip past the difficulties and upheavals 2020 brought you.

To focus on what you want from 2021 instead.

But before we do that, there is so much value in taking this opportunity to reflect on last year and consolidate what you have learnt and how you have grown.

Without reflection, we cannot learn.
