Welcome to WINS Bristol. 

Welcome to our longest running Network Hub, with diverse, stimulating and innovative events, which continue to see a wide range of women coming together for a boost of inspiration, practical help and real connection.

That range includes all levels of the career ladder to running their own businesses/consultancies, and also sector, with women from pretty much every perspective of ‘sustainability’ that you might expect from a Hub based in Bristol.

Even though all events are currently online – networking is still a vital part of our hub – we’re a friendly community who value getting to know the ‘real’ you. Traci structures and facilitates our online events to ensure there are lots of opportunities to properly meet each other, with opportunities to follow-up ‘take it offline.’

Traci has also established regular events for freelancers and entrepreneurs, so please do join those if you are working for yourself- or seriously considering it- It is a friendly community and space to share challenges and learning.

Expect to leave with a smile on your face, new friendships in the making and tangible shifts in your effectiveness as a change maker.

Traci Lewis

Traci is a social entrepreneur, catalyst, business coach and trainer.

She helps brilliant, purpose-led women run successful sustainable businesses.  Delivering on and offline training, events and programmes for other female social entrepreneurs.

Traci worked for the Soil Association organic food and farming charity and social enterprise for 18 years.

After moving back to Bristol from Devon in 2015, she started working for herself and set up Sustain-Live Consulting Ltd, a sustainability change agency to help purpose-led businesses thrive.

Then in 2016 she co-founded Catalyse Change CIC to inspire, empower and skill girls and young women as changemakers.

She lives in Montpelier, Bristol with her teenage daughter. She loves the energy, music, food and culture in Bristol, but is also still often found on south west moors and beaches, where she enjoys wild swimming and camping.
