Bristol is our longest running Network Hub and our events continue to see a wide range of women coming together for a boost of inspiration, practical help and real connection. That range includes all levels of the career ladder to running their own businesses/consultancies, and also sector, with women from pretty much every perspective of ‘sustainability’ that you might expect from a Hub based in Bristol.

Leave any doubts you may have about networking behind when you step through the door here – we’re a friendly community who value getting to know the ‘real’ you.

Expect to leave with a smile on your face, new friendships in the making and tangible shifts in your effectiveness as a change maker.

Hub Lead

Traci Lewis

Traci worked for the Soil Association organic food and farming charity and social enterprise for 18 years. During that time she developed and managed many successful and pioneering sustainability change programmes. As manager of their regional office Organic South West she worked with a diverse range of people from farmers, caterers to Local Authorities and community groups. Helping to create a city-wide food partnership in Plymouth and national Sustainable Food Cities Network before leaving in 2015.

After moving back to Bristol from Devon, she started working for herself and set up Sustain-Live Consulting Ltd, a sustainability change agency to help purpose-led businesses thrive.

Then in 2016 she co-founded Catalyse Change CIC to inspire, empower and skill girls and young women as changemakers.

She lives in Montpelier, Bristol with her teenage daughter. She loves the energy, music, food and culture in Bristol, but is also still often found on south west moors and beaches, where she enjoys wild swimming and camping.
