Jannine Barron

Regenerative Business Mentor & Visionary Entrepreneur

Jannine Barron is a force of nature, a deeply committed guide for entrepreneurs who dare to imagine a better way of doing business. As a regenerative business mentor, Jannine helps purpose-driven individuals and organisations design enterprises that are as nourishing to the planet as they are to the people who make them possible.

With over 30 years of experience as an ethical entrepreneur, Jannine knows the power of leading from the heart. She has founded, nurtured and sold multiple successful ventures that not only thrived in the marketplace but also set new standards for ecological and social responsibility. Her approach is bold, holistic, and deeply rooted in the belief that businesses should give back more than they take.

She is sought after as a mentor for her unique combination of Business Acumen and Coaching. Deftly weaving between the two as you need her. Advisor, Mentor or Coach. You have it all with Jannine.

Jannine’s work is not about quick fixes or surface-level solutions, it’s about transformation. She challenges her clients to dig deep, to reconnect with their core values, and to create businesses that are regenerative by design. Her process is grounded in collaboration, creativity, and an unshakable belief in humanity’s ability to create lasting, meaningful change.

Those who work with Jannine describe her as a catalyst, an intuitive who shares ideas generously, igniting clarity, courage, and action. She is as adept at crafting innovative strategies as she is at fostering the kind of inner growth that fuels true leadership. Her message is clear: the future of business is regenerative, and she is here to guide you every step of the way with nature as her partner.

When Jannine isn’t mentoring, you’ll find her immersed in nature, playing with grandchildren, recharging her creative spirit, or collaborating with changemakers who share her passion for building a world that works for everyone.

Tribeni Chougule

Inclusive Impact coach providing executive, leadership and career coaching for individuals wanting to be inclusive or individuals who are marginalised in any way

I am Tribeni, now a solopreneur with a portfolio career, after being in the corporate world for 25 years in a multitude of industries. I started my journey as a Programmer to my latest role being a Transformation and Sustainability leader. My experience of project, program and change management spans across technology, business functions , integration of acquired entities.

As a brown, neurodiverse woman from a middle-class Indian family, I’ve lived, worked, and thrived across three continents, navigating male-dominated industries like technology and financial services while managing my mental health, motherhood, and a migrant’s life.

Too often, I’ve experienced what it means to feel different and to be held back because of it. These lived experiences fuel my passion for equity, representation, and helping individuals, especially those from marginalised backgrounds whether its socio-economic class, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, or anything else that has made one feel as the ‘other’ or ‘outsider’ or ‘different’.

I would like to help individuals recognise and leverage their unique strengths and reach their optimum potential. My coaching is deeply empathetic and integrative. I tailor each approach to meet the client where they are. The goal? To remove barriers (seen or unseen), ignite confidence, and guide meaningful transformation.

I have an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School in which my dissertation focussed on how organisations can undertake responsible innovation using AI within the financial services industry, enabling me to further explore responsible business and define a framework that firms can adopt.

My strengths are:
Authenticity ★ Accountability ★ Connection ★ Creativity ★ Empathy ★ Inclusiveness ★ Problem Solving
