Traci Lewis
Green Career & Menopause Coach
I’m Traci – a Green Career and Menopause Coach, trainer, and long-standing advocate for sustainability. I work with purpose-driven women in midlife who want to thrive through peri – menopause without losing their confidence, clarity, or momentum.
I support women navigating sustainability careers or building values-led businesses to succeed in ways that honour both their impact and their wellbeing.
My mission is simple: to help women break through their inner glass ceiling and create meaningful, positive change in the world – without burning out.
With over 25 years’ experience in sustainability, including 18 years at the Soil Association, I now work independently as a consultant, workplace menopause trainer, and coach. I also facilitate sustainability change management in the third sector.
I’m author of the best-selling book, Your Green Career, a practical handbook designed to empower young women to thrive in sustainability careers. I co-founded Catalyse Change CIC training and mentoring programme to support them on that journey.
I live on a houseboat with my husband in the beautiful South West of England, between Bristol and Bath.

About me: I’m an accredited transformational coach and sustainability trainer with over 20 years of experience in the sustainability field. I’ve trained thousands of sustainability professionals throughout my career and focused entirely on soft skills training and coaching since founding her company, Green Gorilla, in 2018.
Through my work coaching and training sustainability professionals and teams, I’ve realized that their most intractable issues are usually due to ineffective communication, and that is now the focus of my work. I am the author of “SustainABLE: How to Find Success as a Sustainability Professional in a Rapidly Changing World” (2020) and “The Good Communicator: How to Make Sustainability Irresistible” (2025).
Tribeni Chougule
Inclusive Impact coach providing executive, leadership and career coaching for individuals wanting to be inclusive or individuals who are marginalised in any way
I am Tribeni, now a solopreneur with a portfolio career, after being in the corporate world for 25 years in a multitude of industries. I started my journey as a Programmer to my latest role being a Transformation and Sustainability leader. My experience of project, program and change management spans across technology, business functions , integration of acquired entities.
As a brown, neurodiverse woman from a middle-class Indian family, I’ve lived, worked, and thrived across three continents, navigating male-dominated industries like technology and financial services while managing my mental health, motherhood, and a migrant’s life.
Too often, I’ve experienced what it means to feel different and to be held back because of it. These lived experiences fuel my passion for equity, representation, and helping individuals, especially those from marginalised backgrounds whether its socio-economic class, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, or anything else that has made one feel as the ‘other’ or ‘outsider’ or ‘different’.
I help individuals recognise and leverage their unique strengths and reach their optimum potential. My coaching is deeply empathetic and integrative. I tailor each approach to meet the client where they are.
I have an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School in which my dissertation focused on how organisations can undertake responsible innovation using AI within the financial services industry, enabling me to further explore responsible business and define a framework that firms can adopt.
Kath Allen, PhD
Environmental leadership and wellbeing coach
I’m Kath. I’m an environmental leadership and wellbeing coach, trainer, and former ecologist, with a quietly rebellious streak.
I work with people who care deeply about the planet and are ready to do things differently. People who are fed up with the status quo and can see a better way – they just can’t see how to make it happen without sacrificing themselves in the process. I support them to:
Reclaim their VITALITY
Reconnect with their VISION
Release their VOICE for positive change
My mission is to help environmentally passionate people give themselves the same care they give to nature, so they can make their difference without burning out. Sustainable impact begins with sustainable leadership.
I hold a PhD in dragonfly ecology and spent 20 years in academia, researching topics including wildfire in UK uplands and tropical coral reef dynamics. I specialised in facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration between academics and conservation professionals, and I now coach them to maximise the impact of their work, in a way that is Truly Sustainable.
Alongside environmental leadership, I am passionate about supporting parents and neurodivergent people. I am neurodivergent myself and parent two neurodivergent daughters. I live in Liverpool with my family, volunteer with a zero food waste organisation, and spend as much time as possible camping in the mountains of north Wales.
