WINS Central Team
The Women in Sustainability Network is brought to you by a fabulous group of women working to deliver our vision and mission, often as a side project or as a volunteer to their main day job.
Rhian Sherrington, FRSA, MSc (She/Her)
Founder & Regenerative Leadership Coach
Rhian is our Founder, CEO and Head Coach of the WINS Network and Membership. She loves developing strategic partnerships and championing gender equity in sustainability leadership as we won’t solve the climate and biodiversity crisis with it. She co-creates our learning and development programme with our partner coaches and guest experts. Rhian currently hosts WINS Meet Ups in Bristol and Swansea.
Rhian’s passion is supporting women re-connect to how they can be heart-led, resourced by nature. Now writing her third book, Rhian is fascinated about what enables women to flourish and lead, from a place of heart-led intelligence, resourced by nature.
